Through practical skills, evidence-based education, deep relaxation practice, and intentional birth partner preparation, you’ll leave equipped to approach the birth you envision with greater knowledge and confidence, whether you plan to give birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home.We also offer a virtual Pregnancy Nutrition and Wellness Classes for pregnancy and postpartum that explores simple ways to nourish your body during pregnancy and support your growing baby while setting yourself up for a positive birth experience.
Group Classes
Our group childbirth classes are offered in select locations throughout North Atlanta, bringing the same comprehensive childbirth education and guided practice into a one-day, small-group setting.
