Hello! My road here was a winding one, full of anticipated curves and unexpected twists and turns. My passion for the power of nutrient dense foods was sparked during childhood with a mother who was passionate about nutrition and a father who had a deep respect for nature, the earth and all it had to offer. As a high school and collegiate athlete, I experienced how food and lifestyle affected my performance, body image and mental health. My ten years of working as a paramedic in and around the city of Denver solidified my desire to be on the preventative side of medicine instead of the reactionary side, which led me to pursue a master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorne University.

I strongly believe in the power of good food and nutrient density while also maintaining that guilt has no place at the table. I get immense pleasure from showing others how to fuel their bodies with food and lifestyle adjustments that allow them to feel better about themselves and the choices they make for themselves and their families. Every person and every family is unique in their needs and I focus on understanding the individuality of my clients.

During the years I spent searching for my professional purpose, I navigated four pregnancies. The first could not have gone smoother, the next two ended in miscarriage and the fourth was full of complications and anxiety until the day that child was safely home. Those two boys are now headed to high school and college and I can imagine no greater purpose than having raised them. It would be my absolute pleasure to start you on your maternal journey in a way that supports you, your child, and your path into the future.
